Terms of Service

By using Glowi you agree to these terms. Glowi provides booking infrastructure to independent beauty professionals; the stylist is solely responsible for the services they provide.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. When a subscription ends, your public booking page is paused but your data and client list are retained for 90 days.

Bookings and refunds

Each stylist sets their own cancellation policy and deposit terms. Refund disputes are resolved between the client and stylist.

Acceptable use

You may not use Glowi for unsolicited marketing or to send messages outside of campaigns that recipients have opted into.
